Xin De Capital's business is concentrated in four major areas: providing financial advisory services to domestic and international corporations, creating and executing customized lease financing products and programs, advising and supporting PRC government entities in major restructuring and development projects, and making principal investments in selected projects and sectors.

Principal Investments

On a selected basis, Xin De Capital makes early and development stage investments in companies where we have the relevant industry expertise or we can make significant contributions to the company's development, usually in connection with appointments as non-executive members of the company's Board or as independent advisors to the shareholders.

Lease Products Group

Xin De Capital's Lease Products professionals have extensive experience in investment banking, commercial finance, project finance, commercial lending and asset-backed securities and finance leasing in both the PRC and international markets.

Our financing capabilities are complemented by strong backgrounds in our focus industries: telecommunications, information technologies, transportation, infrastructure, health care and real estate.

We are developing vendor and buyer financing programs, finance lease and operating lease products, sale-lease back programs, build-to-suit property financing and specialty financing services in an expanding number of sectors: cross-border and domestic, on-and off-balance-sheet.

Financial Advisory Services

Xin De Capital Corp's Beijing and Hong Kong-based investment banking team provides world-class advice and execution across a full range of corporate and structured finance services.

The emphasis in our corporate finance practice is on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private placement direct debt and equity financing, pre-IPO bridge financing, joint venture establishment, and financial restructuring.

Xin De Capital is the market leader in structured finance capabilities in the PRC, providing innovative structured equity and debt financing, asset-based finance and project finance solutions that bring the China investments and involvements up to the standards of international investors.

Major Projects

Xin De Capital first built its name in China as the leader in providing technical, management and financial resources for the launch of new telecommunications networks. A major part of Xin De's business continues to be advising in the corporate restructuring, commercialization and internationalization of domestic enterprises.

We provide a full range of integrated incubation and project launching services, including investing our own capital and expertise in the early stages, integrating the involvements of best-of-breed advisors and expert teams, and raising funds in the private equity and debt markets.
